A Friendly Reminder
We are in the final stretch of your childs last year at Hadley. The 4th quarter in my class promises to be as filled with as many challenges to think and grow as the last 3 quarters held. As the weather gets nice and graduation looms, staying focused and on task can be a challenge for everyone, especially eighth graders. After all, the high school has already given them their class schedules and many of the high school activities and clubs are beckoning.
I would like to solicit your assistance in reminding your child that school is not over and that the expectation that they continue to learn and study is still very much in place. Continue to ask your child to share the Q or Q with you and to talk about the learning activities in which they participate. If you encourage them at your end and I do the same at my end, it promises to be a wonderful ending to their middle school experience.
